Return Policy

Every piece at Lily Kai Vintage is selected by owner Kristen Kai and thoroughly inspected. We pride ourselves on honesty and any minor discrepancy if any is listed and photographed in the description. For these reasons Lily Kai Vintage only accepts exchanges within 7 days of receipt for store credit if we failed to properly disclose valuable information. Credit will not be issued for shipping cost. Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Shipping

Orders received before 3pm Monday-Friday (EST) will be processed and shipped the same day pending payment verification.  Orders placed after 3pm (EST) will be processed and shipped the following business day.  Lily Kai Vintage does not ship on weekends or holidays

Sizes/Measurements

Vintage clothing was cut and sized differently than today’s clothing.  Our listed sizes are derived from accurate measuring but should not be used alone to determine suitable sizing. Each item is measured in inches, laying flat and unscratched.
